We have gone back to the regular Orsburn house routine after our week of "vacation". We went to Johnson City and dropped off Brayden with Nan and Pap...then Scott and I headed off to the Sugar Mountain Condo for a long weekend. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. We spent Saturday hiking at Grandfather Mountain. On Sunday, we drove to Blowing Rock. We went shopping and to The Blowing Rock. You'll have to ask Scott about this, it was his favorite part of the trip. We headed back to Johnson City on Sunday, and back to Nashville on Monday. Part 2 of our vacation was spent at home where Scott (with some help from Brayden, AKA the superintendent) tore out the shower in our bathroom (yes, this included walls) and has been putting in a tile shower. He is almost finished now, and it looks awesome. He has had so much fun doing it, I'm going to have to stop him from tearing out anymore walls and buying anymore tile. :-)
We didn't take a camera to the mountain, but I have taken a few pictures of the shower process. I'll be sure to post a finished product picture.
