I did it. I am not sure about it. I was telling myself, "You're hair is just an accessory," but on the inside I was thinking 'this hair is a part of me.' Alas, now it is gone. The best part: it is off to a better place. I donated it to Locks of Love. They make wigs for people with illnesses that either cause them to lose their hair, or their treatment causes them to lose their hair. I have waited forever to donate my hair. I did it for the first time after Brayden was born, and now I've done it after Brody. My hair dresser cut 10 inches off and I had it colored back to my natural color. (Don't tell anyone I'm really not a blonde!) It is going to be a little weird for a few days, I'm sure. Oh well....forgive me for rambling. I am needing a lot of positive reinforcement here, so I am expecting a lot of comments to come rolling in. For now, here's a series of photos...

I like it, I really like it and that is not just because I am your Mom. The style and color suits you well. Can't wait to see you in person on the 18th. Love you my beautiful daughter.
