Snow Day

School was out on Monday. The boys took advantage of the opportunity to play in the snow...but let me tell you, it. was. cold. Bitterly cold. We played outside for all of about 10 minutes before we were headed back in to sit by the fireplace and warm up!

Yes, his jacket is un-zipped. I'm in the running for the Mother-of-the-Year award. Seriously...good grief.

I adore the picture of the boys, even though their eyes are all squinted up from the bright snow. I wanted to use this one as our Christmas card picture. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful at my attempt to photoshop out Brody's running nose. But this is my blog and if I want to put a runny nose picture, I can. I know you guys love looking at pictures of my boys enough to not be worried about a runny nose. Notice, however, both jackets are zipped! :)
