My little Brody,
You turned two years old today! It hardly seems possible that two years have passed since you joined our family. I have loved you from the moment we learned you were on your way...and I didn't think it was possible to love you more, but I do every single day. You bring so much joy to my life and to our family. I am so very proud of you. It is such an honor to be your mommy.
Today I want to take a snapshot of who you are. You prefer to walk, rather than to be carried. Actually, you prefer to run! :-) You have impeccable manners for a two-year old....you easily say 'please' and 'thank you' without being prompted. If you could have a little chat with your big brother about doing that, your Dad and I would appreciate it. You love your family - all of us - and you love to give hugs and kisses. Some of our favorite times are when you say, "I wan snugge." We all love to snuggle with you, little man. You love balls, cars, trucks, choo-choos, Elmo, SpongeBob, and Bob the Builder. Your favorite book is still Goodnight Moon. I love that you notice the things I take for granted, like the overhead music in the drugstore and you just start dancing.
You inspire me. You encourage me. You are oh-so precious to me. Happy second birthday Brody.

Happy belated birthday, Brody! I was so busy celebrating that Ian turned 21 months on that same day, that I guess I didn't check the blog :(. Anywho...didn't know our boys were EXACTLY 3 months apart - kind of cool!
