Better than Ice Cream

I know it is the dead of winter and the temperatures are borderline frigid outside, but that doesn't stop my children from loving their ice cream. What a sweet treat!

Side note: Brody never strays too far from his passy while at home. :-)

Here's a funny story from the Orsburn house to add with these appropriate pictures.

Brayden finished his ice cream quickly and moved on from the table to other things. Brody loves to follow in big brother's footsteps, so even though he hadn't finished his ice cream, he got up from the table. The good thing about ice cream cones: they can travel with you. The bad thing about ice cream cones: you have to eat them fast or they melt...and drip. Brody didn't get too far from the table before he had his first drip. It was classic Brody. He brought his cone back to the table, set it down, and got a towel. I didn't catch on until he was bent over his little drip spot with the towel wiping furiously and saying, "Messy, messy, messy. Brody ice cream messy."

I LOVE toddler speak! :-) And I extra love a toddler that cleans up after himself! :-)
