Turkey Trot 2015

Happy Thanksgiving!  The Orsburn family celebrated Thanksgiving day with our regular traditions.  We started early this morning with the 2015 Turkey Trot.  I can't remember how many years we have participated, as a family, in the Turkey Trot, but this was the 10th year and we've done most of them.  :)

We met up with some of our friends before the race.  That's Jeremy in the blue vest in the back.  Jessica, Kevin and Gaven's Mom is in the purple and sun glasses.  The kids, from left to right:  Gaven, Joey, Brayden, Kevin, and Brody.  Scott and I book end the picture.  :)  We mostly stayed together.  Or at least, close enough.  Whatever. 

Clearly, we made it to the finish line with the two who belong to us...see below!  The extra child is Joey.

Brody took 1st place in the Team Orsburn Category.  :)  He and Joey used the sprint/walk/sprint method.

After the Turkey Trot, we went home to cook and get cleaned up for Thanksgiving lunch at Mamaw's house.  We enjoyed a yummy lunch with the Williams Family.  With full bellies, we returned home and promptly enjoyed a nap.  Thanksgiving day is complete.
