Spring is finally here! Maybe....

March came in like a lion with the crazy weather - snow, rain, cold, warm...we've had it all this month.  In recent days, though, it has been just beautiful.  (The weekend promises the return of rain and cold weather, but I'm basking in the sunshine while I can.) 

Last weekend, we went to pick up Scott's Harley.  He was quite excited.

Also over the weekend, Brody wanted to plant some flowers.  I should be clear here - when we were at WalMart walking past the flowers, he wanted to plant them.  So we bought some.  When we got home, he aborted mission on the flower planting in favor of hanging out with his friends.  As a result, I potted the flowers.  They look so pretty, I wanted to share (before they die).

The other noteworthy spring news is we finally got our roof put on!  The roofers finished yesterday.  It looks really nice and really changes the look of the house.  Who knew a roof could do that?  We are still awaiting the arrival of the gutter hanging people.  :)  Up next:  Windows.  It is exciting here.  :)
