Cornbread country

Scott has perfected cornbread in the cast iron skillet.  This is big news at our house, so I thought it worthy of making the blog. 

He is very proud of his cornbread.  I played a little joke on him and pretended I had spilled water on his cornbread.  He did not find my joke very funny.  In fact, he looked like he had lost his puppy when he thought his cornbread was ruined.  :)

I have to say, not being a huge fan of cornbread myself, it was pretty yummy.  He also put together the soup for our yummy dinner.  I think we might have a new chief food officer at the Orsburn house!
