If Brody could talk, here's what he would be saying: "What? You mean I have a crib? It is in my very own room? I don't have to share with you and Daddy? This thing isn't just for staring at those animals that dance over my head? I can actually sleep here?"
With each little step, he grows more and more independent. Yes, I know he's only 4 months old. No....he isn't walking, or talking, or even eating the mush we refer to as baby food.....but he is growing up! Where have the last 4 months gone?
So there you have it. The first-ever nap in the crib. In his room. Without Mommy. Good thing that was over quickly. Now I can resume my regular routine. :-) And yes, the little fella is sucking his thumb, thank you very much.
