Weekend update

My lack of recent posting isn't because of lack of things to say...just a lack of time or energy, or both! These boys are wearing me out!

Nan arrived on Friday! Yay! Brayden wanted to go bowling (which is totally random because I think we've only been bowling 2 or 3 times his entire life). Mom, Nan, and Brayden bowled....Brayden is quite the little bowler. He even scored a strike! The scores for the first game: Brayden 79, Nan 80, Mom 115. Nan better brush up before her next trip or Brayden is going to beat her!

Brayden finished up his first season of t-ball on Saturday. I think we are all going to miss it. We've practically devoted 3 days a week to it for the last 2+ months, so I imagine it will seem like something is missing. Anyway, Brayden had a lot of fun playing. I think he learned a lot. We'll find out next spring when t-ball season starts back up. In honor of his last game, Nan came to visit and cheer him on! We love it when Nan comes to visit.

Saturday afternoon, we went to the baseball end-of-the-season pool party. It was nice. Brayden got his first ever baseball trophy, and a metal. He was so proud. He makes me so proud.

Saturday night, while Nan and Pap kept the kids, Scott and I finally made it out! We went to dinner at the Spaghetti Factory. It was yummy, as always.

We enjoyed celebrating Father's Day on Sunday. We made breakfast (which we didn't eat until around 10:30, so maybe it was more like brunch). Scott wanted biscuits and gravy, sausage, and bacon. I know....I know....the picture of a healthy breakfast! :-) Hey, it was Father's Day....whatcha gonna do?

Included today are some random shots captured over the last few days. I will try to get my thoughts and pictures more organized before my next post! I seem to be suffering from a little scatterbrained-ness today!
