Brody and Mommy made the marathon trip to Johnson City over the weekend. I think I have gotten a total of 8 hours of sleep (in 4 hr or less increments) since Friday morning. Seriously, people. It's not funny. Brody, on the other hand, got plenty of sleep.
We left Nashville (and Daddy & Brayden) on Friday night at 9:30 pm Eastern time....and yes, it is at least 4 hours to JC.
Saturday was a busy day on very little sleep. Amy's wedding was Saturday night....and Kathleen's wedding planning lasted until 2 AM. Sunday we had breakfast with family ~ Keithy and Becca, Mom and Dad, Mamaw, and Maw. It was good to see them and we had my favorite Mom-made meal....biscuits and gravy. No one can make it like
my Mom can make it! As you can see, Brody enjoyed all the lovin'.
Brody enjoyed some bonding-with-Nan-and-Pap time. Brody learned a new trick while visiting....he has started this screeching/yelling vocal performance. It is really quite funny. Loud, but funny. Since he discovered he can make his voice do this, he has been practicing it over and over.
