Brody Update

I can't believe I forgot to post this! Brody had his 15 month check up on Monday, April 21st. It was terribly uneventful, so it slipped my mind to post anything about it. I came across the little card they give at the pediatrician's office with his stats, and realized I had forgotten to post them. (Bad mommy, bad bad mommy. Oops.) Anyway, here are his ball card stats:

Weight: 23 lbs and 10 oz (25th percentile, skinny boy. Only 23 lbs....I thought for sure he must be pushing 40 by now....)
Height: 31 inches (50th percentile)
Head: 51 cm

For those of you keeping up with the amazing head size, rest assured his little noggin has not grown one iota in the last 3 months. It was 51 cm at his 12 month check up. So, I guess this means he's growing into his head.
He continues to amaze me with his intellect. I honestly think he remembered the pediatrician's office and what happens when the nurse comes in with the little white tray. Why? Because when the nurse came into the room with the tray carrying the two shots he was receiving, he waved bye-bye to her and embraced me. Ugh, baby shots. They stink....but that's old news. The silver lining to the dark dark baby shot cloud - he'll get two shots at his 18 month check up and then he will be finished until the kindergarten shots! Hooray!
Brody was such a champ at the pediatrician, he was rewarded with a fun filled trip to Opry Mills Mall with Mommy to do some spring clothes shopping. :-) As you can imagine, Brody was thrilled!
