Saturday afternoon, Scott cranked up the Jeep. For those of you familar with the RED JEEP, the experience was similar. While this Jeep does require a key, in true Jeep fashion it sputtered and coughed and finally started. It ran for a minute and...then it started to smoke...then the smoke detectors (which are cleverly wired together throughout the entire house) started beeping like mad. Finally, the neighbors came bolting across the yard to make sure we were okay.
Yea, we're okay. Just starting the Jeep. :-) Scott later discovered the source of the smoke and all is well. I shot this video just prior to the downward spiral of events. The audio is a little rough, but you get the picture by the flapping of little white tags that mark all those wires. I love the goofy jumping too. (Scott is going to love that I am posting this here.) The afternoon was spent airing out the garage. Ahhh....love the Jeep.
