This is shaping up to be an awesome winter! We woke up on Friday morning to about 1/2 inch of snow! It made for a super easy time getting Brayden out of bed, since he was so excited to see the snow. It was frigid on Thursday and not much better on Friday, so the snow stuck around until mid-day. We still have a little in our front yard (only because it is habitually in the shade). I had to snap a picture just so you could see for yourself....realizing, of course, the majority of my readers got to
experience it first hand.
By the way, the ski report (via Scott) said Sugar Mountain got 10-12 inches of fresh powder. :-) Thought you guys might like to know. It won't be long, friends...not long at all.

Since DC doesn't get much snow, I'll live vicariously through the snowy pictures you WILL continue to post. Not that I'm demanding or anything. And you now have a BIG responsibility...just so you know ;). Looks beeeeeauuuuutiful :).
That's my favorite kind of snow! The kind that I can look at and think "Wow, that's really pretty" before I slip on my flip flops and head out into the FL sunshine! :)
